Pre-orders have officially opened for the HG 1/144 Gundam TR-1 [Hazel Custom] Icarus Unit. Scheduled to ship in March 2026, this kit realizes the concept of "flight by a single MS under gravity" with impressive bulk and new engineering.

New Gimmicks and Engineering
While based on the classic Hazel Custom, this kit delivers a faithful representation of the Icarus Unit's unique silhouette through significant new molding. A key feature includes the Shoulder units: the massive thermonuclear rocket engines are newly sculpted and feature a pull-out mechanism, allowing them to swing back and forth for dynamic posing. Additionally, the Leg armor housing the thermonuclear jet engines is entirely new, housing a specialized frame to support the bulk.

The "Byarlant" Connection
For customizers, the most exciting detail is the Cross-Compatibility. Lore-wise, the TR-1 development data eventually leads to the Byarlant. This High Grade kit confirms that arm parts from the separately sold HGUC 1/144 Byarlant can be connected to this unit, allowing fans to recreate the ultimate evolution of the suit.

Loadout & Accessories
To deliver a complete experience, the kit includes heavy firepower. The Beam Reflector is newly designed to fit modern HG standards and can open or close to simulate deployment. The Long Blade Rifle can be rearranged to switch between deployed and stored states. Also included are water decals featuring markings from *The Flag of Titans*.
