Features

The GFreD's design marks a clear evolution from its sister unit, the gMS-Ω GQuuuuuuX, rather than being a simple color swap. Key modifications include a newly sculpted head that integrates the "Esbit" remote weapons, redesigned shoulder armor for a sharper silhouette, and an entirely new color scheme. The figure’s construction combines ABS, PVC, and die-cast metal. The metal components, strategically placed in the joints and frame, provide substantial weight and durability without compromising its wide range of motion and posability.

Background: The gMS-κ GFreD

The gMS-κ GFreD is an experimental Principality of Zeon Mobile Suit and the sister unit to the gMS-Ω GQuuuuuuX. Developed in an alternate timeline where Zeon won the One Year War, the unit is tied to Kycilia Zabi's faction. After previous test pilots perished due to the machine's instability, it was assigned to Nyaan, a war refugee. The GFreD features an advanced Psycommu system and develops a unique, lethal affinity with its new pilot. Following Kycilia's orders, Nyaan uses the GFreD and a device known as "Yomagn'tho" to generate a "massive Zeknova"—a cataclysmic event that teleports and annihilates the A Baoa Qu space fortress and its entire garrison.
