Key Features

The Hyper Mega Launcher boasts an impressive total length of 300 mm (approx. 11.8 inches) and is primarily constructed from ABS plastic. This engineering choice, favoring plastic over die-cast metal, ensures a manageable weight. This design consideration prevents excessive stress on the METAL BUILD Zeta Gundam's joints, guaranteeing stability in a variety of poses.

The weapon's design includes deployable mechanisms and parts that alter its form. It also incorporates an additional sub-grip, allowing the figure to wield the launcher with both hands for more dynamic and stable firing stances. To deliver this complete experience, the set includes all necessary components for attachment in both the Mobile Suit and Wave Rider modes.

About the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam

The MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam is a transformable prototype assault mobile suit developed by Anaheim Electronics for the Anti-Earth Union Group (AEUG) during the Gryps Conflict in U.C. 0087. The original concept was conceived by its pilot, Kamille Bidan. Its design was revolutionary, incorporating a movable frame structure that allowed for a complete transformation into Wave Rider mode for high-speed atmospheric and space flight. Furthermore, it was equipped with a Bio-Sensor, a man-machine interface that connected the pilot's thoughts to the unit's systems.

The Zeta Gundam's most powerful armament is the FXA-03M2 Hyper Mega Launcher. This is a battleship-class particle cannon equipped with its own thermonuclear reactor, granting it an output of 8.3 MW, superior to the unit's standard beam rifle (5.7 MW). This internal power source allows it to operate without draining the mobile suit's energy. In addition to its function as a long-range weapon, its barrel can generate a beam blade, functioning as an oversized beam saber for close-quarters combat.
