OMS-90R Gundam F90

The OMS-90R Gundam F90 appears in the Mobile Suit Gundam F90 manga and the Mobile Suit Gundam F91: Formula Report 0122 video game. After its capture by Mars Zeon, the Gundam F90 Unit 2 underwent extensive modifications. Over 80% of the Mobile Suit's exterior armor was replaced to ensure compatibility with the maintenance parts of the Mars Independent Zeon Forces. While this removed the original F90's signature Mission Pack system, Mars Zeon installed a different hardpoint system, planning to equip the modified unit with new optional gear.

Synopsis: Mobile Suit Gundam F90

Mobile Suit Gundam F90 is a 1990 manga that serves as a prologue to the film Mobile Suit Gundam F91. The series establishes the context for the film's events and details the Universal Century timeline after Char's Counterattack. The story begins when the transport ship Kobayashi Maru, returning from Jupiter, detects an abnormal spread of Minovsky particles before being eliminated by an unknown enemy. The plot then shifts to the testing of the new Gundam F90, a prototype unit developed under the "Formula Project."
