The Gundam Astraea Type-F, from the official side story Mobile Suit Gundam 00 F, joins the Real Grade lineup. This kit is a P-Bandai exclusive variant featuring a new color scheme and additional parts based on the RG-15 GN-001 Gundam Exia. This release reproduces the second-generation prototype mobile suit operated by Fereshte with the level of detail characteristic of the RG series. Furthermore, it includes the necessary parts to build its upgraded version, the GNY-001F2 Gundam Astraea Type F2.

Features

This model kit can be assembled as either the GNY-001F Gundam Astraea Type F or its upgraded version, the GNY-001F2 Gundam Astraea Type F2, thanks to the inclusion of conversion parts. The GN Condensers are recreated with clear plastic parts, complemented by realistic decals for enhanced detail. Following the mechanics of the Real Grade line, the GN Drive can be removed from the main body of the mobile suit. Additionally, the Proto GN Sword's blade features a chrome-plated finish, giving it a distinctive metallic shine. The hardpoints on various parts of the body are compatible with weaponry from other kits, such as the HG Gundam Astraea.

GNY-001F Gundam Astraea Type F

The GNY-001F Gundam Astraea Type F is a modified version of the second-generation prototype GNY-001 Gundam Astraea. It was used by the organization Fereshte, a secret branch of Celestial Being, to carry out covert interventions. Its distinctive red color and head sensor mask served to hide its "Gundam" lineage and differentiate it from Celestial Being's main units during combat. Piloted by Gundam Meister Fon Spaak, a former mercenary, the Type-F proved to be a formidable unit despite being technologically inferior to the third-generation Gundams. The upgraded version, the Type F2, was later created using spare parts from the GN-001 Gundam Exia.
