RX-178 Gundam Mk-II
The RX-178 Gundam Mk-II is a prototype general-purpose mobile suit and the successor to the legendary RX-78-2 Gundam. Developed by the Titans, this model introduced the innovative movable frame concept, which significantly improved agility and energy efficiency. Despite its advanced internal frame, the Gundam Mk-II was equipped with titanium alloy ceramic composite armor, a technology considered somewhat outdated for its time. Three units were produced, all of which were later stolen by the A.E.U.G. and repainted. Its primary armament includes beam sabers, a beam rifle, a hyper bazooka, and a shield, remaining virtually unchanged regardless of the faction operating it.
The Gundam Mk-II remains a classic design from the Zeta era. What are your thoughts on this Titans version of the iconic Mobile Suit? Let us know in the comments below!
